As well as the usual update on RSE business, this month’s bulletin has details of the celebration of the life and work of Sir Michael Atiyah.
This month’s bulletin announces the publication of the RSE’s newsletter, ReSourcE, issue 59 for summer 2018. The RSE will again be a Festival Fringe venue this year – the Fellows’ Room will be relocated to the Scott Room for the duration of the Fringe.
Coffee is available in the Fellows’ Room every Tuesday morning at 10.30 am, and Fellows are encouraged to attend (no registration required). Once a month, between October and March, these will take the form of discussions in Wellcome Room East.
This month’s bulletin has news of an exhibition of work by Victoria Crowe OBE FRSE in the Scottish National Portrait Gallery from May until November 2018, as well as updates on other RSE activities.
The bulletin this month introduces new Office-Bearers taking up office on 1 April 2018. Fellows are invited to attend the New Fellows Induction Day on Monday 14 May and to submit nominations for 2019 Fellows by 31 May 2018.
