Professor Kate Hunt FRSE
Professor of Behavioural Science and Health, University of Stirling.
With a background in social and biological sciences, Professor Kate Hunt’s research has focused on understanding and improving human health and wellbeing, with a particular interest in the social determinants of health, health behaviours and health inequalities. In her current research, she is committed to working in partnership with the public and key stakeholders to ensure that policies and interventions to improve health are culturally informed, and relevant to policy makers and to major public health issues nationally and internationally.
