Events Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you need to cancel your booking our cancellation policy is as follows:
To cancel your registration you should notify the RSE in writing at least one month before the conference for a full refund to be issued.
For cancellations received after this date, the full registration fee remains due but a colleague can attend in your place.
We maintain a database containing personal details of anyone who registers for, or participates in an RSE event or activity. This is only used by RSE staff.
We may use the information we hold for the purposes of contacting you in relation to future RSE events or activities, and / or evaluating these, but will not use it for any other purpose without firstly seeking your prior approval to do so.
From time to time our funding/partner organisations may request your contact details from us for the purposes of further follow up evaluation of an event / activity. If they do we will seek your permission before providing this.
Occasionally photographs may be taken of audience members and used in RSE general publicity.
The personal details we hold for any participants in our schools programme are retained in a secure part of our database and are only accessible on a restricted basis by RSE staff who have a clear RSE business need to see these.
If you do not wish us to contact you in the future in relation to RSE events or activities please contact a member of the events team. You may also see what details we hold about you by contacting the IT Support Manager, Jennifer Cameron.
