The James Clerk Maxwell Statue Project
Alexander Stoddart
is a sculptor with an international reputation.
Edinburgh-born, Stoddart gained a first class honours degree from the Glasgow School of Art in 1980.
His prestigious national, international and royal commissions include:
Robert Burns/John Wilson Monument, Kilmarnock, Scotland.
unveiled by HRH The Princess Royal (1995)
David Hume Statue, Royal Mile, Edinburgh.
unveiled by Sir Stewart (now Lord) Sutherland (1995)
John Witherspoon Statue, Paisley & Princeton.
