The RSE offers learning & development opportunities in a number of ways.
Specific work related opportunities requests are mainly funded by the RSE whilst personal development requests from staff (for professional qualifications for example) may receive up to 50% funding.

The RSE organises a yearly Learning @ Work Day where staff are given the opportunity to share their skills and knowledge and developing their existing skills at work.
